Warranty Repairs

To expedite the repair for your Epson unit under the Manufacturer's Warranty, we require the following items,

 

-The Defective Unit

-Copy of the Proof of Purchase

-For Inkjet Printers, Ink Cartridges should be 40% full or more (Ink Cartridges are not part of the Warranty)

-For the Epson ProGraphics, the Maintenance Tank needs to be less than 50% full

 

We do not need any cables, manuals, and software.
